Vaillancore is operated by Zachary Vaillancourt in Austin, TX. A formal legal entity name is not published on this website.

The website

These terms cover your use of this website. They describe information about Vaillancore's services. They are not a statement of work, a retainer, or a promise to take on a project.

Inquiries are not engagements

Submitting the project inquiry form, or emailing us, does not create a contract and does not reserve time. Paid work starts only when both sides sign a separate written agreement that states the scope and the price. Budget choices on the form are for qualification. They are not an offer and not a published rate.

No particular outcome

Descriptions of services explain the kind of work Vaillancore does. They are not a guarantee that a system will reach a specific business result. Results, if any, are defined in the agreement for that work.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or the form. That includes sending unlawful content, attempting to disrupt the site, or submitting inquiries with an automated script. We may reject a submission that looks automated or abusive. Repeated submissions from one network may be slowed.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and mark on this website belong to the operator of Vaillancore unless a page says otherwise. You may link to public pages. You may not copy the site into another service and present it as your own.

Third-party links

The founder's LinkedIn and GitHub profiles, and any scheduling link we configure later, are other sites. Their terms and privacy practices are their own.

Liability

The website is provided as available information. To the extent the law allows, Vaillancore is not liable for decisions you make solely from reading these pages. A future project agreement can set its own limits for that work. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would apply another state's law. Vaillancore is based in Austin, TX, and does not publish a street address.

Changes

If these terms change, the effective date above will change. The version on the site is the current one.
