Nonprofits and NGOs

Technology solutions built around nonprofit operations.

From donor systems to program reporting, we help nonprofits improve the systems that keep their organizations running.

Work that follows how a nonprofit actually operates.

The examples below are the kinds of systems we expect to work on. A project starts from the tools you already have, not from a fixed product list.

01

Donor and CRM integrations

Connect donation platforms, constituent management systems, email tools, and internal databases so staff are not reconciling the same person in three places.

Systems Integration

02

Grant and program reporting

Automate data preparation, reporting workflows, and dashboards used by internal leadership and by funders. The definition of each figure stays with the report.

03

Volunteer and participant management

Improve registration, scheduling, tracking, and the administrative applications around them when the current tool is short of what the program needs.

Systems Integration

04

Legacy application maintenance

Modernize, troubleshoot, and extend existing systems when they still fit the work. Starting over is a conclusion, not the opening assumption.

Software Modernization

05

Operational workflow automation

Reduce repetitive data entry, reconciliation, and manual spreadsheet workflows that sit between your systems of record.

Questions

Do we need an internal IT team?

No. Many organizations we expect to work with do not have a software engineer on staff. We work with executive directors, operations leaders, finance leads, and any IT vendor you already use.

Can you work with systems we already use?

Yes. Engagements usually start from the software you already run. We connect or improve those systems when they offer an API, a documented export, or another supported interface. We do not promise a connector for a product we have not evaluated.

Do you take on smaller projects?

Yes, when the outcome is clear. A bounded integration, a report that is rebuilt every month, or a short advisory review can be the right first engagement.

Can you help maintain existing applications?

Yes. Troubleshooting, careful extension, and planned improvements to an application you already depend on are part of software modernization.

How does project pricing work?

There is no public rate card. After we understand the systems and the outcome, we propose a scope and a price. The budget field on the inquiry form is only there to judge fit. It is not a quote.

Can we engage you for only a few hours per month?

Yes. Fractional technical leadership and ongoing support can be a few hours a month, under a written monthly scope. The hours and the topics are agreed before the work starts.

Tell us what is slowing the organization down.

A short description of the systems and the outcome is enough to start. We will say if a project, a support retainer, or a few hours of advisory is the right shape.
